Carrier | Holder of a carrier licence. |
Classification Board | The body established under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 that classifies films, computer games and publications for exhibition, sale or hire in Australia. |
Data analysis | The science of examining raw data with the purpose of drawing conclusions about that information. |
Digital Service Standard | A standard that ensures digital teams build government services that are simpler, clearer and faster for all users. All services within the scope of the Digital Service Standard must work to meet the standard. Services are assessed if design or redesign commenced after 6 May 2016. |

Enterprise Agreement | A written agreement about working conditions and wages made between an employer and its employees. |
Fixed line | Network in which voice, data or broadband services are delivered over a physical line. |
govCMS platform | govCMS is a product provided by the Department of Finance, that gives APS agencies the tools to build, migrate and manage websites. govCMS includes the Drupal-based content management system and accompanying website hosting service. A content management system (CMS) is software that’s used to create and manage digital information. |
Mobile black spot | A location with poor or non-existent mobile coverage. |
National Classification Scheme | A cooperative arrangement between the Australian Government and state and territory governments under which the Classification Board classifies films, computer games and certain publications. |
